Atomic Mobile Launches Partner Network for Telecom Industry Professionals

by Atomic Mobile | Aug 24, 2026

Atomic Mobile has announced the launch of the Atomic Partner Network, a new program designed to bring experienced telecom professionals into a broader network focused on identifying and developing opportunities across the wireless ecosystem.

The idea behind the program is simple: there are thousands of experienced people across telecom who have spent years, and in many cases decades, developing industry knowledge and relationships.

Atomic believes those relationships have value.

The Atomic Partner Network gives qualified telecom, wireless, MVNO, IoT, enterprise mobility, MSP and channel professionals an opportunity to introduce new business to Atomic and potentially participate in the ongoing revenue generated by eligible opportunities.

“We want to build a much larger network around Atomic,” said Brian Latchford, CEO of Atomic Mobile. “There are incredibly talented people throughout this industry who understand wireless, know the companies building it and have relationships that took years to develop. We want to create another way for those people to participate in the opportunities they help create.”

The program is designed to be different from a traditional telecom sales position.

Partners are not simply given a list of prospects and asked to make cold calls. Instead, Atomic is looking for experienced professionals who understand the industry and can identify situations where Atomic’s technology, carrier relationships and operational infrastructure may solve a real business problem.

Those opportunities can span a wide range of wireless services, including new MVNO launches, existing MVNO migrations, IoT and M2M connectivity, enterprise mobility, Fixed Wireless Access, eSIM, private label wireless and wireless platform and billing requirements.

Atomic then works alongside the partner to help develop and execute the opportunity.

Depending on the engagement, Atomic can support solution architecture, carrier strategy, pricing, contracting, implementation, billing and ongoing wireless operations. The partner can remain involved at the level that makes sense for the individual opportunity.

The program also comes at an interesting time for the telecom industry.

Experienced sales executives, carrier professionals, consultants and channel leaders are increasingly evaluating what the next stage of their careers should look like. For some, that may be another traditional full time position. For others, it may mean consulting, building an independent business or finding new ways to monetize the industry relationships they have developed throughout their careers.

The Atomic Partner Network is intended to provide another option.

“You don’t necessarily have to become an Atomic employee to become part of what we’re building,” Latchford said. “Someone may know a company considering an MVNO, an IoT provider that needs better connectivity, an MSP looking to add wireless or an enterprise with a mobility problem. Bring us the relationship and the problem. Our team can help figure out the solution.”

Atomic does not publish a standard commission percentage for the program. Commercial structures are determined individually based on factors including the opportunity, services involved and level of partner participation. Qualified partner relationships may include ongoing revenue participation on eligible business rather than limiting compensation to a one time referral payment.

Prospective partners first apply to the Atomic Partner Network and meet with the Atomic team. Qualified candidates may then execute a Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement before confidential opportunities, pricing or commercial structures are discussed.

The program is open to experienced professionals from across the telecom ecosystem, including former carrier account executives and sales leaders, MVNO and MVNE professionals, IoT and M2M specialists, enterprise mobility consultants, FWA and broadband professionals, telecom channel agents, MSPs and former telecom executives with established industry networks.

For Atomic, the long term goal extends beyond individual referrals.

The company wants to build a large network of experienced telecom professionals who can identify opportunities across different segments of the wireless market while relying on Atomic to provide the infrastructure and execution behind them.

“An IoT conversation today might become an enterprise mobility deployment tomorrow. An enterprise customer might eventually want its own wireless brand,” Latchford said. “The more great people we bring into the Atomic network, the more opportunities we can collectively identify and build.”

Atomic summarized the philosophy behind the new program with a simple invitation:

If you know wireless. If you know the people building it. If you know the companies buying it. We should probably know each other.
