Role Overview

We are looking for a GTM Engineer (AI & Automation) to build and scale our growth engine across the funnel:

Free Trial Embed Own

This is not a traditional marketing or sales ops role.

You will act as the technical architect of our GTM system, combining:

  • AI agents
  • Automation workflows
  • Data pipelines
  • API integrations

to drive enterprise acquisition, activation, and expansion at scale.

What You’ll Own

  1. AI-Powered GTM Engine
  • Design and deploy agentic AI workflows for:
    • Lead discovery & enrichment
    • Personalized outbound (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
    • Qualification & routing
  • Build AI copilots for:
    • Sales
    • Customer success
    • Partnerships
  1. PLG Automation (Free Embed Own)
  • Automate onboarding flows:
    • Instant account creation
    • API key provisioning
    • Sandbox activation
  • Build trigger-based journeys:
    • Usage → upgrade prompts
    • Revenue milestones → product upsell
  • Optimize conversion across:
    • Free trial → paid
    • OneSIM → OneConnect
  1. Data & Growth Infrastructure
  • Create a unified GTM data layer:
    • CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
    • Product usage (APIs, SIM activation, consumption)
    • Revenue signals
  • Build dashboards for:
    • CAC / LTV
    • Activation rates
    • Expansion revenue (NRR drivers)
  1. Automation Stack & Integrations
  • Own and scale tools like:
    • CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce)
    • Outreach (Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)
    • Workflow automation (Zapier, Make, n8n)
    • AI tools (OpenAI, LangChain, vector DBs)
  • Integrate deeply with:
    • Next APIs (OneSIM / OneConnect)
    • Webhooks & event streams
  1. Experimentation & Growth Loops
  • Run rapid experiments across:
    • Channels
    • Messaging
    • ICP segments (Travel, Fintech, Events, etc.)
  • Build self-improving growth loops:
    • Whale → Pod expansion tracking
    • Referral & ecosystem growth automation

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

  • 3–7 years in Growth Engineering / GTM Engineering / RevOps Automation
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • APIs & webhooks
    • Python / JavaScript
    • SQL & data pipelines
  • Experience building with:
    • OpenAI / LLM APIs
    • Automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)

GTM & Product Thinking

  • Deep understanding of:
    • PLG (Product-Led Growth)
    • SaaS funnels
    • Enterprise sales cycles
  • Ability to translate:
    • Product usage → revenue signals
    • Data → automated actions

Mindset

  • Builder-first, zero-to-one operator
  • Thinks in systems, not campaigns
  • Obsessed with automation, scale, and efficiency
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and high-growth environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience in:
    • API-first companies (Stripe-like models)
    • Telecom / CPaaS / Fintech
  • Familiarity with:
    • Event-driven architectures
    • Customer data platforms (CDPs)
  • Exposure to:
    • Agentic AI frameworks
