Leissner MVNE/MVNO Mobile Core platform, developed in Sweden, is a suite of mobile core components, such as HLR/HSS, GGSN/PGW, OCS and GMSC enabling a flexible setup with unique functionality that can be customized to fit any operator that provides mobile services as MVNE or MVNO. The platform is also offered as a SaaS solution. All systems are developed and installed by Leissner employees using virtual servers and industry standard Linux.
Leissners reference customer is the MVNE setup in Sweden and Denmark, providing a managed service for 14 MVNOs. Leissner offers two solutions; a cloud multitenant Opex based solution for the commercial oriented MVNO and a software license Capex solution for the more technical oriented MVNO.
