As VP of Customer Success, your mission is to ensure our partners fully realize the power of UsageIQ and Atomic Fusion. You are the strategic architect of the post-sale journey, transforming complex telemetry data into actionable business outcomes and long-term margin growth for our clients.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Value Realization: Lead the onboarding and adoption strategy for UsageIQ and Atomic Fusion, ensuring partners are utilizing real-time telemetry to optimize their unit economics from day one.
Technical Partnership Management: Move beyond traditional support by acting as a high-level technical advisor, conducting deep-dive business reviews that link our platform’s capabilities to the client’s bottom line.
Voice of the Partner: Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to translate partner feedback and industry pain points into our technical roadmap.
Retention & Expansion: Own the renewal lifecycle and identify opportunities for partners to further integrate Atomic Mobile’s platform into their back-office operations (billing, compliance, taxation).
