As a Sales Engineer, you will support revenue growth by turning customer needs into technical solutions, leading pre-sales conversations, and helping prospects understand how Atomic Mobile can meet their business and technical requirements.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Sales throughout the full pre-sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, demos, and technical validation.
Translate MVNO customer needs into scalable solutions using Atomic Mobile’s platform, APIs, and capabilities.
Lead technical discussions covering architecture, integrations, provisioning, and billing flows.
Deliver product demos and clearly explain Atomic Mobile’s value to both technical and business stakeholders.
Support RFPs, RFIs, technical proposals, and solution documentation.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to address questions, gaps, and custom requirements.
Provide field feedback to help shape the product roadmap and improve go-to-market execution.
Ensure a clean handoff to the Atomic Launch Team by documenting requirements, integration scope, and solution design.
