Introduction

Cardella Consulting is a U.S.-based MVNO advisory and delivery consultancy focused on wireless brand launch, platform integration, and operational scale across the North American market.

The firm is led by senior telecom operators with hands-on experience launching and operating both MNO and MVNO services, spanning greenfield network builds, sub-brand launches within MNOs, and independent MVNOs across prepaid and postpaid models. This includes experience with full MVNO lifecycle execution—launch readiness, OSS/BSS and activation flows, eSIM enablement, customer experience design, and post-launch optimization—as well as complex transitions such as brand decommissioning, platform migrations, and M&A-driven integration.

Cardella Consulting provides fractional executive leadership across Product, Operations, and Program Management, embedding experienced operators within client teams during critical build, launch, and transformation phases.

The firm also supports M&A and investment due diligence, assisting investors and acquirers with commercial, technical, and operational assessments of wireless assets, including platform architecture reviews, host MNO/MVNE dependencies, unit economics validation, and integration risk analysis.

While primarily U.S.-focused, the team brings prior experience supporting operators in Canada, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, providing global context grounded in practical execution.
