To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Mobile Network Architect/Engineer who doesn’t shy away from technological challenges and is ready to push boundaries.
Your mission:
As a Mobile Network Architect/Engineer, you’ll step right into the center of innovation. You’ll ensure our networks don’t just function – they shine. Whether it’s designing new network infrastructure, troubleshooting complex issues, or implementing groundbreaking technologies: your skills make the difference. You’re a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer who’s always thinking five steps ahead.
What you’ll do:
- Design, manage, and optimize our mobile core network systems (think HLR/HSS, GGSN/PGW, SMSc, IMS, SBC, DRA, and STP)
- Onboard and configure new MVNO customers and networks
- Test, implement, and evaluate new technologies
- Analyze and troubleshoot network issues using tools like Wireshark and SIMTrace2/PCOM
- Build technical solutions in collaboration with customers, partners, and your team
- Work with mobile network protocols such as Diameter, SIP, C7/SS7, MAP, and APDU

Our ideal candidate:
We’re not looking for a “standard” engineer; we’re looking for someone who dares to think outside the box. You’re curious, analytical, precise, and above all an expert in mobile technology – or have a tremendous drive to become one.
What we’d like to see:
- A technical degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in telecom, IT, or electrical engineering
- Solid foundational knowledge of mobile networks: MNO, MVNO, MVNE, 2G/3G/4G/5G, VoLTE, and eSIM
- Familiarity with concepts like SIM cards, IMSI/IMEI, mobile devices, or network services (voice, SMS, data)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Wireshark, Arkime, or similar analysis tools
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (additional languages are a bonus)
- Personal qualities: analytical, detail-oriented, results-driven, and a true team player
