Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder & Managing Director.
This is a highly strategic and execution-oriented role designed for someone who can operate across:
- Strategy
- Operations
- Investor readiness
- GTM coordination
- Cross-functional execution
- Founder leverage
You will act as a force multiplier for the Founder—helping transform high-level vision into structured execution across the business.
This is not an executive assistant role.
This is a role for someone who can think like an operator, communicate like a strategist, and execute with intensity.
What You’ll Own
1. Founder’s Office & Strategic Execution
- Drive key company-wide strategic initiatives
- Translate vision into:
- Execution plans
- Cross-functional priorities
- Measurable outcomes
- Help maintain operational alignment across:
- GTM
- Product
- Partnerships
- Finance
- Investor relations
2. Investor & Board Readiness
- Support fundraising, board preparation, and investor communication
- Coordinate:
- Business reviews
- KPI reporting
- Strategic presentations
- Due diligence processes
- Work closely with leadership on:
- ARR reporting
- Growth narratives
- Strategic planning
3. Cross-Functional Program Management
- Run strategic projects across multiple teams and geographies
- Ensure execution discipline and accountability
- Identify bottlenecks and drive resolution rapidly
4. Operating Rhythm & Decision Support
- Build and manage company operating cadence:
- Leadership reviews
- Strategic planning cycles
- KPI tracking
- Execution dashboards
- Prepare strategic briefs and decision-support materials for leadership
5. GTM & Ecosystem Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Enterprise sales
- Partnerships
- Product
- Marketing
- Support execution of:
- Whale → Pod expansion strategies
- UK expansion plans
- Strategic enterprise opportunities
6. Special Projects
Lead high-priority strategic initiatives including:
- International expansion
- Organizational architecture
- Operational scaling
- AI and automation initiatives
- Strategic partnerships
- Internal systems and governance improvements
What We’re Looking For
Core Experience
- 5–12 years experience in:
- Strategy
- Consulting
- Startup operations
- Founder’s Office
- Investment / VC / growth-stage environments
- Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams
Business & Strategic Capability
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable interacting with investors, partners, and enterprise stakeholders
