Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Account Director to acquire new customers, lead client relationships, drive revenue growth, and oversee the successful delivery of AaaS solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications, airtime management, and SaaS-based service models including understanding of Travel Tech.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute account strategies to expand business opportunities and maximize revenue
  • Sales & Revenue Targets: Drive sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and meet/exceed revenue goals
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (customer success, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in AaaS
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key account metrics, analyse data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager in Travel Tech, SaaS industries
  • Strong understanding of Airtime as a Service (AaaS) and related technologies
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and drive strategic initiatives
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics for account performance tracking
